Allium turns a short movement screen and a few questions into a personalised read on how you move, and a plan built from a curated video library. Here's exactly what that involves keeping, and what it doesn't.

What we collect

• Movement landmarks. When you record the shoulder-raise and squat clips, the analysis runs in your browser and we store only the resulting body-point coordinates (the dots and angles you see on your report) — never the video itself.
• What you tell us at intake. Body areas, goals, what you've tried, pain and activity level, an optional symptom pattern, an optional note, and your age and gender if you share them.
• Your first name and email. Your first name personalises your report; your email, if you give it, lets us send your plan link and check-in reminders.
• Payment details, for members — handled entirely by Stripe (below).
• Basic usage events so we can see where the flow works and where it doesn't.

What we don't keep

• No video or photos of you. The footage never leaves your device — only the derived points do.
• No card numbers. Those go straight to Stripe; they never touch our servers.
• No passwords. Your plan lives behind an unguessable private link rather than a login.

How we use it

Your intake and movement data produce your assessment and weekly plan. Matching videos and modalities to you is deterministic — rules over a tagged library, no guesswork. A language model writes only the explanatory copy (the "why this, for you" lines); it receives your intake to do so, and its output is shown as plain text, never as a place to enter more data.

Sharing

If you choose to share your report, it lives at a private, unguessable link. Shared surfaces show your first name only — never your email, age, or notes — and the pages are set not to be indexed by search engines. A link is only as private as where you post it, so share it where you mean to.

Who else is involved

• Anthropic — generates the explanatory copy from your intake.
• Stripe — processes membership payments and stores card details.
• Resend — delivers plan and reminder emails, if you opt in.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage measurement.
